His career also includes roles at ASB Bank in New Zealand as a Risk Analyst and Assistant Branch Manager, building expertise in risk management and branch operations. With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Mark brings a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to the mortgage brokerage industry. After a successful career in sales, Mark decided to pivot into the mortgage broker space, driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Don Hettiarachchi is a seasoned finance broker with over 14 years of experience in the financial industry. His career began at ANZ Bank, where he honed his skills starting as a service consultant and later as an assistant branch manager.

His experience coordinating with clients and multiple stakeholders, combined with his strong attention to detail and clear communication, enables him to provide reliable support while ensuring matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

With strong interpersonal and organisational skills, Gothira is experienced in resolving queries and working closely with clients and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes. He approaches each interaction with professionalism, responsiveness and a focus on making the finance process as straightforward as possible for clients.

Drawing on her previous experience as an Asset Recovery Specialist with Dynamics Collections USA, she has a strong background in financial administration and working with sensitive and confidential information. In this role, she regularly liaised with US banks, coordinated subpoena requests and assisted with locating and verifying financial assets.

This experience has developed her strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to confidently communicate with financial institutions and other stakeholders. As part of the Forster Financial team, she supports clients throughout the loan process by assisting with documentation, following up outstanding requirements and coordinating with lenders to help ensure applications progress smoothly through to settlement.

Her organised and responsive approach helps keep clients informed and makes the finance process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
